1. Method of Payment

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Cheque
  • PayPal (5% transaction fees)

For bookings made within 15 days of commencement of stay, full payment, by cleared funds, is required at the time of booking. Should payment not reach us within the required time, we reserve the right to cancel any bookings made and any deposit paid will be forfeited.

2. Accommodation and Occupancy

Our 1 bedroom apartment is provided with 1 double bed for 1 couple or 1 person.

3. Arrivals and Departures

Our Apartment is available for occupation from 14:00 hours on the day of arrival to 12:00 hours on the day of departure. All additional hours will be charged as one day unless otherwise agreed. Early arrivals/late departures can however be considered at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals. Where cancellation of the whole or part of a booking is received less than 28 nights prior to arrival, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £50.

5. Cleaning

We expect the apartment to be left in a reasonable state on departure. If additional cleaning is required after departure, the cost of this cleaning will be charged at €50 extra.

6. Damages

Damages to the apartment must be paid in full. In the event of any breakages, damage or extra cleaning required after the guest vacates, we will notify the guests by e-mail within 1 week of the guests' departure, providing a detailed breakdown of the issues and the cost for rectifying them. Where possible, photographic evidence will also be supplied. Inventories and condition reports can be provided at the beginning and at the end of the accommodation period if required.

7. Keys

Our guest will be issued with 2 keys: one for the main door and the other for the apartment. If these keys are not returned on departure a charge of €100 will be made.

8. Deposit

A deposit of £150 or €200 covering breakages and damages is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the end of your stay, following our inspection of the apartment used by you.

9. Feedback

We welcome feedback from our guests. After your departure you will receive a questionnaire which we will ask you to fill in.

10. Restrictions

Regrettably neither pets nor smoking are allowed.

11. Confirmation of Booking

To confirm a booking we require a completed booking form plus the necessary payment.
